Professional Experience: Originally from Great
Neck, NY, I have been here since 1987, when I became a Realtor. I have seen
South Florida boom in development. The population has soared, with more and
more people chasing sunshine and mild winters flocking here each year. Along
with our seasonal guests and retired residents, there is a definite trend of
young families moving to paradise. I have the understanding of the
residential market for all of my customers; from school districts to country
clubs, new homes and rentals, my knowledge comes from first hand experience.
I have gained the ‘inside scoop’ to better serve my clients.
Many of my customers have become my friends. I am trusted with guiding them
through major life decisions. |
Professional Education: As a graduate of Hofstra
University, my schooling in art education is far from
where I am today. With the skills that a formal education affords me, I have
the ability to communicate and educate my buyers and sellers from all
areas. I have been committed to keeping up with the latest in real estate
law and trends. Recently a graduate of Gold Coast Broker’s course, I also
have studied staging properties, marketing properties, and I have often
worked as a buyer’s agent. I am currently continuing my education and
setting professional goals. As an agent with Continental Properties, I am
able to continue training that will enable me to keep up with future
development and progress in South Florida. Recently I finished a course on
pre-foreclosures and short sales. The training never stops at
Continental Properties. |
